Christmas Train

One of the bigger churches in the Tulsa area puts on what's called "The Christmas Train" in Dry Gulch, Oklahoma.  It's a little old western type village they created, that has a steam engine train that tells the real story of Christmas.  It was AWESOME!!  All of the staff at the park volunteer through this church, they are all dressed up and create such a wonderful atmosphere.  We went with our great friends Kyle and Melissa and their daughter who is Charlotte's age.  It was freezing, but we were all bundled up and stayed warm.  We had such a great time with great friends!!

Haha, you should have seen Melissa and I trying to get into the third row seating with two carseats installed in the middle row.... not easy, but very very funny!!!

Our sweet babies all bundled up!!

All six of us, great friends!!

Charlotte and Donald standing in line for the train.

In front of the train

waiting very patiently :)

Donald and me walking through the village.

Melissa and me... aka the cowboy and the indian

Mrs. Clause was kind of a life saver, she was handing out dum dum suckers right as Charlotte was getting to a sleepy stage and that sucker kept her busy for awhile!

She finally figured out how to open it and REALLY wanted to share it with mommy!!

  1. Seriously, the girls climbing "behind" first into the back of the SUV was pretty funny... They're not as flexible in old age! haha
